Personal Project
The Goal:
Build a mobile-first laundry aggregator app that acts as a bridge between users and their preferred local laundry services. The aim was to streamline laundry scheduling while offering transparency, convenience, and clear UX around service selection.

The Challenge:
Designing inside the Word environment came with major UX constraints: limited layout control, strict plugin boundaries, and a need for ultra-clear interactions. As the only designer, I also had to define the product structure, visual identity, and dev-ready handoff processes from scratch.

The Result
LegalGraph’s Word plugin is now live inside Microsoft Word and actively used by real legal professionals for contract risk detection. This was a full-cycle product — from concept to launch — and one of the most technically ambitious tools I’ve helped ship. It now plays a core role in streamlining legal reviews for enterprise and startup clients alike.
